SCRUMPTIOUS Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/4 All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 cup (2 Sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup Sugar, granulated
3/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Large Eggs
2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Toffee Bits
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar brown sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Add the flour mixture to the creamy mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and toffee bits. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on the baking sheet for about 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
