Easy Mini Cheeseburger Pies!



Easy Mini Cheeseburger Pies

Filling Ingredients:
1 lb ground Turkey
1 large onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (4oz)
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt

Baking Mixture:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Original Bisquick Mix
   2 eggs

Garnishes, if desired
Pickles
Ketchup
Mustard
Tomato, chopped

1.  Heat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray 12 regular sized muffin cups with PAM.
2.  In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes.  Cook thoroughly;drain.  Cool 5 minutes.  Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and cheese.
3.  In a bowl, stir baking mixture ingredients with whisk or fork until blended. Spoon 1 scant tablespoon baking mixture into muffin cup.  Top with about 1/4 cup burger mixture.  Spoon 1 tablespoon baking mixture onto burger mixture in each cup.
4.  Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and mini pies are golden brown.  Cool 5 minutes.  Remove from muffin cups and let cool for 10 minutes.  Top with garnishes.

Serves: 6 (2 mini pies each)
